1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the fu777 platform at fu777.ws (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety. 2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any supplementary terms published on the Platform (including promotion-specific terms, game rules, and any published policy documents), constitute the entire agreement between you and fu777 with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to the subject matter to which they specifically apply.

3 Language and Interpretation

In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any translation provided on the Platform, the English version shall take precedence. fu777 reserves the right to seek clarification of any term or provision through independent legal counsel operating under applicable law.

4 Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended fu777 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You have not been self-excluded from fu777 or informed fu777 that you wish to close your account due to a gambling problem.
• You are using your own funds and are not depositing money on behalf of any third party.

5 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your fu777 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

6 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fu777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity carried out under your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific activity. You must notify fu777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

fu777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered to your mobile number). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

8 Deposit Rules

All deposits on fu777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit methods are available to Bangladesh players, subject to the minimum amounts stated:

• bKash and Nagad: minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction, credited within 60 seconds under normal conditions.
• Rocket and Upay: minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction, credited within 5 minutes under normal conditions.

9 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. fu777 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed faster for verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated at the time of the withdrawal request.
• fu777 may delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

10 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded to your fu777 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement on fu777 bonuses is stated in the individual promotion details. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times using eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. fu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

11 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

fu777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to complete rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk (so-called "bonus farming"), and coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms.

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.

13 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or disputed transaction with your payment provider (including bKash or Nagad) in respect of a deposit that has been credited and used on the Platform is a breach of these Terms. fu777 will contest all such chargebacks and reserves the right to close the associated account, recover any withdrawn funds equivalent to the disputed amount, and report the matter to the relevant payment provider and authorities.

14 Responsible Gaming Tools

fu777 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited); session time reminders (alerts sent after a configured period of continuous play); cooling-off periods (a temporary restriction on account access for a defined period chosen by the player); and self-exclusion (a permanent or long-term restriction on account access requested by the player). Once a deposit limit or self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed or reduced for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for deposit limits, and a minimum of 6 months for self-exclusion requests.

15 Underage Gambling Prevention

16 Platform Availability

fu777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or technical faults. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond fu777's reasonable control including internet service provider outages, third-party game provider downtime, or force majeure events. fu777 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, provided that fu777 acts reasonably to restore service as promptly as practicable.

17 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fu777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fu777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if fu777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18 Amendments to These Terms

fu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

19 Termination

fu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting fu777 support. On account closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money balance free of active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification.
